These terms apply when you request or receive locksmith services from OmniSecure Locksmith LLC. By contacting us or booking a job you agree to them.
Our services
We provide emergency, residential, automotive and commercial locksmith services across Boston and the surrounding 30-mile area. Availability and response times are estimates and can vary with demand, weather and traffic.
Quotes & pricing
A flat service-call fee covers travel to your location. We confirm a clear, itemized quote on site before any work begins; the final price is agreed with you before we start.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept major credit cards, debit and cash, and provide an itemized receipt.
Workmanship
We use non-destructive entry methods wherever possible and carry out work to a professional standard. Any warranty on parts or labour will be confirmed with you for the specific job.
Liability
We are licensed, bonded and insured in Massachusetts. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
